Who are we?

Pacific Harbor Psychology, Psychiatry & Psychotherapy is an independent group of practitioners. We provide therapy and medication management to individual adults, adolescents, as well as to couples, families and groups.  Our partners include specialists experienced in nearly every issue and concern. How do we collect information from you?

We obtain information about you when you use our website or create an account to make payments.

What type of information is collected from you?

The personal information we collect may include your name, address, email address, IP address, phone number, and information regarding what pages are accessed and when. If you make a payment to us, the payment transaction is processed by Square.com. Your card information is not held by us, it is collected and processed by Square.com through a gateway on our website.   • Analytics:  We use Google Analytics, which uses cookies and similar technologies to collect and analyze information about use of the Services and report on activities and trends.  This service may also collect information regarding the use of other websites, apps and online resources.
